- Please do not wear shoes in the house, you may wear the internal slippers or self-prepared internal slippers.
- Strictly NO SMOKING in the room. You may smoke at the balcony with your self-prepared ashtray. Else you’ll be charged RM200 ~ RM1500 for smoking inside the demise premise.
- Any damaged of the demise premise will be charged to GUEST, if any vandalism event are found during your stay in our demise premise. Damage penalty may up to above RM15,000.
- Please take care of our amenities, any damage of our amenities will be charged accordingly to Guests.
- During your stay please do not make any nuisance that caused inconveniences or disturbance to the neighbour else you will be evacuate from the demise premise without any refund.
- When you are not in the premise demise, please switch off all the air conditioning. Please safe earth together, save energy. Together we can build a better world.
- Garbage bags is available in the cupboard. Please pack up your garbage and bring it to the rubbish room at Basement, level B.
- Please take the key and put it back to mailbox at Basement for check out. Please call the Host for any special arrangement needed during your check out.
- Additional Housekeeping service is available for RM50 per session.
- We reserve the rights to evacuate or penalty our guests for violating the house rules without any priority notice.
- 1 unit has 1 carpark only, please park your car at the Basement designated carpark area if you are using the carpark card. Else a penalty of RM50 will be charged to unblock the carpark card.
- Check out time, please sent the keys and carpark card back to the Mailbox at Basement

- For late check out between 12noon to 3pm, RM100.00 fee will be charged
- For late check out after 3pm to 6pm, 50% of room rate will be charged
- For late check out after 6pm, one (1) night’s room rate will be charged
